Over three engagements Moodjar led the WesCEF teams on immersions in traditional culture and stories at The Spectacles and Chalk Hill sites, in close proximity to the WesCEF Kwinana office.
Following a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country, Emeritus Professor Dr Len Collard shared his knowledge with each group, inviting robust discussion around how cultural learnings and teachings can create safe and respectful workplaces.
Having these conversations on country and outside the workplace can encourage an open and honest dialogue, while connecting and learning on kwobidak Nyungar boodjar.
